SPONSOR A DOG OR CAT PEN
We depend on the generosity of individuals and organisations to fund our work. Some supporters like to see just how their money is used, which is why we introduced the Pen Sponsorship scheme.
Pens have been sponsored by individuals or families, some of whom have done so in memory of a deceased loved one or a pet, finding this an appropriate and wonderful way to celebrate their life. Other sponsors include companies, departments, groups of people or other organisations, such as schools.
We ask £300 per year for Sponsorship of either a dog or a cat pen, all of which goes towards the day-to-day expenses of running the pen and providing loving care for the occupant.
Sponsorship is acknowledged by a plaque on the chosen pen and, for those companies or individuals who request it, periodic publicity in our re-homing adverts. Sponsors are welcome to visit The Ark, either on an Open Day or by arrangement, and we are happy to provide information about the occupant of their pen.
